Simply place a few drops of fragrance oil on the hollow of the ring then set on a med watt (75w or smaller) light bulb. When you turn on the light, the oil will warm and diffuse the fragrance throughout your room. Will do a large area as long as there is no blocage (doors, halls, etc)
