How high is the heel? Also, is the inside cushy or regular (no insole support)? Thanks!

1 1/2"-1 3/4" heel.
not sure what a cushy or regular inside is?
they have soft breathable material on the sides and a nice padding to walk on.
(love these they just flap a bit around the heel area since I do not like thick socks.)
