You only get two random nose bones. I have lots of different ones. Some just stones and some flowers. It will just be two random.

What gauge are they & what is the MM of the stone? Are they surgical steel?

They are 16 gauge I think maybe 18. They are the regular size nose bones. I have several different size stones. Yes they are surigial steel
