I'd be glad to help! Go to this link: http://www.listia.com/account/addresses (it's also found on your "My Listia" link & scrolling about 2/3 down to the menu on the left hand side.)

type in your address exactly as used by the postal service. Then you have one of a couple options - I don't remember which one you need to use. Either: click "confirm & save" or click "verify address". Both those links/buttons will do the same thing. Once your address is saved - verified - you'll never need to type it in again.
