this is a rip off, every time I bid on something I am outbid by 3 . Someone must have a program set up to out bid every time. Tired of this happening. I have better things to do than play with this crap. I should be fair not rigged!

Listia works like ebay - the highest bid is UNSEEN BY ALL - So you Don't become Highest bidder until you go higher than the Highest Unseen bid. - if a person bids 1000 - and becomes highest bidder, Then the bid ONLY REFLECTS THE NEXT HIGHEST AMOUNT ABOVE -Above- the LAST Highest bidder - So say the last bidder bid 900 and you bid 1000 then it doesn't Go to 1000 it goes to 901 or 903 the larger the Bids/amount then it increase more say its 9000 and you bid 10000 it would go to 9010 if you bid 10000 and best a 9000 bid - Does that help - it's like EBAY WITH CREDITS - you bid 10$ it doesn't go straight to 10$ if the last bid was 3$ it goes to just over 3$ say 3.15$

So in conclusion - You bid the highest you will go in the FIRST PLACE -and until somebody is willing to go Higher than Your Highest unseen bid then your the current leader and when time runs out winner ---- I Bid 12000 but the Last person Bids 4,000 I win and pay ONLY ABOVE last bidders HIGHEST BID -Thus- I would win and Pay 4,003 (3 above) Listia does this to encourage AGAINST IDIOTS -Whi would simply bid 1 over the next highest amount OVER-And-OVER-And-OVER-And-OVER-and-OVER -Which Falsely reflects and raises # of bids and bidders bidding - when it's simply a moron IDIOT - Going 201 202 try 203 well I'll try 204 205 206 207 OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN - They are (Listia) ENCOURAGING PROPER BIDS of a hearty difference in amount between yours and the last bidder's bid - Encouraging people to do what they OUGHT and Bid the highest they would GO - IN THE FIRST PLACE - i.e. Listia says "if your going to bid then BID" "Really Bid" and not 1 2 34567891011121314151617181920212223242526272829 THUS the amount begins TO INCREASE by 3 at first then 5 intervals then 10 20 and so on. EBAY DOES OT TOO - ITS COMMON FREAKIN SENSE!!!!
