The bill reads “And I would have gotten away with it too, if it weren’t for those meddling kids!” The serial number for this bill is “S19692012D”: “S” for Scooby; “1969” for the year he was created; “2012” for the year the bill was printed; & “D” for Doo. “Scooby Doo” appears in script writing with printed writing underneath it next to Scooby Doo’s foot. It has Velma on the left; Shaggy & Scooby in an oval; Scooby Doo & a monster in the center; Scooby Doo, Velma, Shaggy, Fred, & Daphne in the van; & Daphne on the right.
