Brown and Williamson Tobacco Limited Commemorative Series Cigarette Collection

In 2004, when Brown & Williamson Tobacco Co. knew the end was near, they designed this commemorative cigarette collection to give to their employees and partner suppliers.

The idea was to acknowledge the heritage and achievements of the company and to recognize and thank those employees and partner suppliers.

The set includes 10 special packs of cigarettes.

The artwork and graphics are quite striking on these packs.

There is a clear cover made of a lucite or plexiglas type.

On the back, there are holes for the purpose of mounting the display on the wall.

The measurements are 14¼ inches wide, 11¼ inches tall and 1¼ inches thick.

Nice gift for the tobacco related collector!

Special packs included the following designs: -- The founders George Brown and Robert Williamson -- The move from Winston-Salem to a new Louisville factory in 1929 -- The company's first cigarette brand, Old North State -- The introduction of KOOL, the first nationally marketing menthol brand in 19367 -- The introduction of the acetate filter for Viceroy cigarettes in 1952 -- The opening of a new cigarette manufacturing plant in Macon, Georgia in 1978 -- The acquisition of the Lucky Strike brand and the American Tobacco Company in 1994 -- The opening of a consumer information center in 1995 -- A photo of a the company's headquarters, the 26-story B&W Tower in Louisville

Yes, I think they have cigarettes in them (but I'm not 100% sure). I've never even opened the box.
