Includes Clamshell Case, 16-bit Cartridge and a 100 page booklet (no map). I bought this a long time ago, as a previous rental. It has been played until my genesis broke. Plays PERFECTLY! Minus sticker residue on cartridge, MINT! Case is mint and booklet is NM with slight cornering top right corner. 1991, 1 player, 8 Meg power with INSTA-SAVE feature.
