If you read the information on the auction regarding shipping, you'll see that the answer to your question is already there.

But either way, I only ship within the United States. Even if I did ship internationally there's in way I'd offer free shipping as it's just way too expensive.

Omg now thats an authentic hoola bronzer! I got a fake one a couple months go from a trusted seller from here!!. I didnt realize til after i swatched it and compared the box from an original one at the store. She promised to refund my credits, send me a REAL one and a gift. then after i left her a nice comment she blocked meeee! crazy!, Def watching this. Great auction!

Wow! That IS definitely crazy! and I'm so so sorry that happened to you! The unfortunate part about it is, I'm not surprised. So many "trustworthy" "reputable" listians scheme their way through this site and actually do whatever it takes just to steal peoples hard earned credits. Even if it takes them lying about an items authenticity or empty promises of refunding credits, sending gifts, etc. It's so sad for us honest sellers who work so hard AND even worse for innocent buyers like you who are being tricked by shady, sneaky sellers who have learned the system so well and can easily manipulate any buyer into bidding on their fake stuff and then find a way to keep their credits.
It's also really sad that these "popular" sellers (or at least they think they're popular) have great feedback because their buyers either A). Don't realize the products they receive are fake because they don't know enough about it or B). Are too intimated to speak up about their fake product or C). Actually speak up and do what you did, are given empty promises and then blocked.

Trust me, it bothers me more than ANYTHING that certain sellers know they are getting away with selling C-RAP to buyers and don't care because all they want is to steal credits!

I know the feeling of spending all my credits and then very shortly after coming across an item being auctioned that I really want! So, the answer is YES! :) I will for sure be listing more do these! There are a couple other listians who were wondering the same thing. I'll definitely list another one right after this ends, and I can even make it a long auction with no GIN so potential bidders are given a lot of time to build up credits to bid :).
