The listing, NIB* RARE RECALLED BUTTERFLY TATTOO BARBIE (1998) has ended.

New In Box - Rare "Butterfly Tattoo Barbie" (Original - Blonde) recalled in 1998 and pulled from shelves after Parent Protests over Image issues. Stored in a clean, smoke free environment but the box was accidentally smashed during a move. Not perfect, but not destroyed. The 12" doll was not affected and remains in perfect condition.

It means fanned and watching. Also GIN means get it now. Those are the two I had trouble knowing when I was new. Hope this helps!
