The listing, Violin for a student has ended.
My middle school student used this violin. Purchased new. One string needs to be replaced most teachers can do it for you. Sorry no ear plugs included by Christmas some Carols will be enjoyed.
Size does matter. Here is a sizing chart for a child. http://www.childrensmusicworkshop.com/instruments/violin/violinsizingguide.html If you know what size this one is it would help. I also haven't seen an answer as to whether there are any cracks in the wood.
The bridge should not be firmly "attached" in the first place, especially since it isn't in the right position and needs to be moved back some. I do play the violin. Strings are really easy to put on (there are youtube videos if you don't know how, you should get a whole new set for this one but you can get them fairly cheaply depending on what kind you want. As long as there are no cracks in the back and the fingerboard is not plastic, it looks like a good violin to start with. Just my two cents.
why not do a update with your zip code .. then bidders can do their own shipping fee figuring to their zip .. shipping should be less then 35 bucks (guitar fee) for it depending on how far away are from you . PS .. who made it .. ;)
