Description

The listing, Mystery Auction of 5 Buffalo/Indian Head Nickels has ended.

I am going to change it up here on the nickels. I have many dateless nickels I plan on putting the dates on with some acid treatment. I will do this as a mystery auction and every 200 credits will be another coin so 200 cr = 1 coin and 1000 cred= 5 coins. The limit is 5 and I will make sure you will not received the same date in the same auction. I am curious to how this will work. I will put up multiple auctions like this so goodluck

How can you date the coin yourself??

the coins wear over time and the date gets covered up. I treat the coin with a type of acid that allows the date to reappear. Once the coins date is removed they are not really used for much anymore. But to help people out with their collections I use this stuff to make the date come back and it does no harm to the coin. I have put many on here like this

well thought it was a different auction lol but for everyone else...

Once each auction I have gets to 200 I will reveal the first coin, 400 the next and so on just so its not a complete mystery and you have some idea. Goodluck

You listed the auction for 5 coins so you have to send 5 no matter the bids. The rules state you must send the material that is listed for bid. You may want to change this or you will be out coins. I would of bid but because of they way it is listed it is incorrect and flagged.
