This is Lapel mic, the kind you clip onto a tie . I used it when I played flute, I cliped it on the end of the flute. I am including the plug for your home stereo. ( did not come in the package, hubby says it will work, if not then be ready to buy one that does). This can be a great item for music practice at home or for use at a party. These mic. sells at Radio Shake for $69.99. Sorry but starting bid reflects that. Mic used by an adult , well taken care of , used about 6 months. To save on shipping I'm going to take this out of the box so it will fit in a flate rate box. You may not get the outter box. Range is 200, I used it in a church setting with great sound.
