I know the picture is ugly to look at, but it's not nearly as ugly as what the tar is doing to your lungs.
I am a smoker, & I have tried to quit, but have not been succesful at this time. I use these on every cigarette that I smoke now, & after only 2 months of using these, I can tell a major difference in my breathing.
They are readily available on the internet & in many stores. If you don't see them.....ask the merchant to carry them in their inventory.
If you smoke....... or you know someone that smokes....... You have got to try these filters.

This tar did not make it into my lungs & the filters do not change the taste or flavor of the cigarette.
