This gorgeous ring is Rhodium plated. Rhodium is a very strong metal which keeps it's shine much longer than Silver or Gold plating. The two large lab created Rubies are 4ct each with (5) CZ accents in the center and on the sides.
There is a stamp on the inside, but even with my jewelers loupe, I cannot tell what it is.
This is a size 7 and someone is going to very pleased with this ring!
