"This ipod has had a screen protector on it since it was bought brand new. I just took it off so you can see how clean and scratch free the screen is. The back has some minor scratches but nothing major. Everything on the ipod works great. It comes with the usb charger. Here is some info from Amazon:

My words:
Moment of truth. Having never owned a iPod, not did I want one, need one, I succumbed to a whim and bought this iPod on Listia. It did every thing it was supposed to ( in the one test before it locked) and while trying to set the password, the phone locked. I fooled with it,fooled with it some more, no luck. That was it, I lost my enchantment with iPods and made the decision to resell it! Before the damn thing locked on me, I saw the screen lit – has some additional apps seemed to work well to that point. There is a web site that will instruct you on how to unlock the iPod – I didn't want to waste any more time on it. I am sure a person knowing what they are doing will have a great iPod – just not me!!!
If the phone goes for 20,000 points or above, I will pay shipping.

Questions & Comments

A new picture taken of the item you have for auction, with your username handwritten onto a piece of paper included in that same photo, just assures people that you are indeed in possession of the item. I do believe that it could be just what you say it is only it has an iPhone case on it. That may be why the first photo appears to be an iPhone and not an iPod like the second photo clearly shows. Also, @mac3825 I want to apologize to you if you were offended by my previous comment, that was not my intention in anyway. Good Luck with your auction! .

Definitely I'm not speaking from knowledge but, the name on the back definitely states iPod. I couldn't tell an iPod from an iPan, but I going by the original seller's text and the name on the backside! As far as the showing of the Listia logo in any form within the ad really amounts to more advertising for Listia and insures you cannot use THAT photo in any other ad. I think looking at the number of transactions the seller has been involved. Finally, no apology necessary,you are obviously a savvy buyer. Nothing wrong with that.

The first picture is of an iPhone, the second picture is of an iPod. That's clear as day my man. iPods do not have a speaker on the front portion of the screen, like the first picture shows but, iPhones do so that you can put your ear up to it to listen to whoever your on the phone with. So what is this exactly? Can you take a picture of the front again without the protective casing on it and include a piece of paper with your user name on it in the same new photo, please?

Now , maybe U can answer my question: what is the request for a new photo with my user name on a piece of paper do for you? I don't get it! Yes, i can take another photo but, I'm not sure what the piece of paper does for anybody – enlighten me , please.

For the people asking about the speaker looking thing on front and 4 holes in the back, it looks like those are all part of the case he has on it, like the case was to an iPhone.

mac3825, can I request that you put pictures of the front and back without the plastic case on it to clarify?

Clarification: there are no holes in the back; it is NOT in a case! The back, being silver, gives weird reflections and I think that is what you are sewing. The photos are is the iPod, the pure iPod and nothing but the iPod.
