The STS-104 mission was launched on 12 July 2001 with a crew of 5 astronauts from Cape Canaveral and landed at Cape Canaveral on 24 July 2001. The KSC Kennedy Space Center launch & landing cancels are shown on the VIP Card, along with a Houston rubber stamp.
During the mission the crew delivered the Quest Joint Airlock and a shipment of supplies to the International Space Station.
