I'll send you all the things needed to put this card together along with instructions.

This "Quick & Easy" kit will contain the following...
*1 empty card
*All the pop outs needed for this card.
*Small double sided sticky foam to adhere the pop outs to the card.
*Black rub on words that go with the card.
*1 Colored envelope.

I just looked through the box and there's 3 cup cake birthday cards. .. my mother in law gave me the set, she must have used 2 of them.
