TeamSpirit painted Ghastlier Gibus in Team Fortress 2; Winner wins it. It's limited edition and was only available in 2009, for about 2 weeks. Now it can never be obtained again.

It's team colored, and teampaint is only available via the in-game store, and it costs 5 dollars. The hat is tradable though, so I'll give you it when you win!
