Brand New. (I paid $7.89 for this at CVS Pharmacy).
BTW...this is NOT available at the Dollar Store, lol! :)

Simply follow directions on product label for the desired "Crackle" effect.
I have this in ALL (8) colors, and it's just amazing! And easy to use.
From my own personal experience, I suggest following the product label instructions, plus my own bit of advice and helpful hints...
Do NOT apply to bare nails (no harm will be done- it just won't work).
Apply TWO coats of YOUR favorite color, as usual (no need to only use a "Sally Hansen" polish- as the label suggests!) Pick whatever color you'd like to show through the crackles...be creative, mix and match!
Be SURE to let it thoroughly dry between each coat, and especially before applying the "Crackle Overcoat"!
Now, it's time for fun...Shake the "Crackle Coat" WELL, and apply a thin or thick coat (depending on your desired level of crackling: a thin coat = small crackles, a thick coat = larger crackles).
Apply in quick, long strokes- and only in ONE direction.
Only apply ONE single coat!
Now...sit back, and watch the crackles start to appear as it dries!
Let it air dry for best results.
After completely dry, apply a coat of clear top coat to make it last. You'll love it! :)
