are they plastic or glass?

not plastic , maybe glass, but looking closer,,,they might even be cultured. every one is slighly different, not quite uniform like machine made would be. tag says ' made in china,,21466 ',,,,they are heavy and i tried to scratch the surface of one and it didnt scratch easily, or flake off like glass does... thats the lot of what i can tell about it.
