so are you basically stating you will not refund for any reason, like if u sell something defective, or something the winning bidder never gets in the mail?? Does this game work? what condition is it in? "what you see is what you get" whats that mean exactly. I see a video game but not the back side of it where there would be damage. instead maybe you should "as is" that way the buyer knows in advance that theres a 50/50 chance it will work.
