This tablet has android, windows ce, and a penguin on the home screen, three operating systems. i bought this from a listia seller who said it would come on and go to the home screen, but froze there. when i got it it came on as she said and would go no further. i tried to use the factory reset button, but this did not work. now it will not light up when you attach a charger wire, nor will it come on. if anybody out there is computer-wise, i am sure you can fix this. oh on the back it shows wifi, bluetooth, and hd usb connection. happy bidding!

I'm sorry you did not see the shipping cost in the details. I did have $5 shipping, but I found out it will not cost that much, so I reduced the shipping. Maybe somebody will outbid you and you will get your credits back.
