It Feels much Like Duct Tape, very strong, along with His Black "canvas-cotton" feel Shorts & his Rubber-tough strong Lace-up--(no, they do not lace!~He Pulls them On to get out Fast!) BOOTS, This NAVY SEAL IS Ready for Action! He has a thick Black Rubber, very Pliable Underwater-style Vest w/his breathing equipment on the left(attached) and his underwater, attached flashlight and other tools he needs on the right side. He also has a Very Cool Army Green Hard Helmet/Hat which stays on securely, when you Clip it's Chinstrap.This guy is awesome, Ready to take on any enemy that comes his way. He has a Special plastic Sheath, with a Knife, You can clip the sheath, right onto the side of his shorts, BUT, Only He can take out the Knife. his fingers move like yours and he can move fast.
