The seat covers fit my 2000 Excursion. The steering wheel cover has not yet been stretched. It is 13 inches in diameter in the inside. The last photo is showing were a little bit of the padding on the inside of the side of the seat cover came off in the washer. No, the little piece of padding does not effect the comfort of the seat cover or the look of it.
