The listing, "The light of the World" by C. Bosseron Chambers has ended.

This framed 6 1/4"x 7 1/4" is in excellent shape. There is a pencilled #452 under publisher Edward Gross Co, Inc
Framed art
condition is excellent. I did not see one as nice condition as this one, also the size and frame were unique. Edwar Gross died in the 1980's, but this publisher still is in New York. I found this painting at an estate auction and it very well could have come over WWII era or shortly after. Please comment if you have any additional information for the bidders. Wow! Brings back memories. My grandmother had this picture in her parlor in 1958. My mother would sit me in there and I would just stare at it. So sad, my mom died last month at the age of 91. You know I have to bid. F & B

wow you guys, I am so glad I put this item to auction. jdesjarlais if you go online you will find so much information about this painting, the artist and how rare this small one is. I couldnt find many and the ones I saw are pretty beat up on the back. How weird is this, I was born in 1958.....

I have talked with "meanies" and if you can get them to talk about themselves, I have had some tell be some really sad life stories. They hold it in--financial, poor health, family member dies, loosing their home etc. These people focus on what everyone does wrong and feels good doing it. What they need is faith and love.
