do you know how long disputes take.
someone has one against me, hope it doesn't hurt my 100 o/o
sometimes things happen to mail on it's way to the new owner, these
things are out of the buyers and sellers hand.
I just wish the person has asked me before going listia .
it was a card, (like a baseball card) she said that I should of put tracking and in a
bubble envelope, who does that. she got the card with in 7 days, so I don't see what tracking has to do with it.
oh well, what can you do.

it depends on disputes , and im sorry about that , dear if you can use tracking , i learned the hard way and they can say well , they didnt get it .....see what im saying ,,,,now unless its a person i trust or a repeat buyer i use tracking , i didnt before and got scammed ..and called a liar etc well that was un called for etc but listia didnt care they gave her a refund and she got to keep the top she won and i know she got it , i always send my things out so , i even said read my feedback ,,,,and if you get a neg with all your sales 1 wont hurt your 100 % but word to the wise now -block the person and i dont think they can give you a neg that way , they can do a N and then say mean nasty things like was done to me .
Im sorry dear -i know what your going threw but fight it ,your feed back and rating should help you win .....

ya, she is not saying she didn't get it, she is saying she got it, the card is now bent. she got it in 6 days. that I should of sent tracking and in a bubble wrap.
what I did was listed all my other auction just like the one she had, with peoples comments for listia to read.
I sent the item out, she got it fast.
I went though with my part of the auction. So we will see what listia says.
it's just a big pain.

I just don't like it when people piggy on my auction. I do know it good to get
the word out on auctions. But if I am paying for a Premium Auction which cost
me credits sometimes 2000 credits.

I say: If you put or list info on my auction, about your auction then
you need to do the same and list my auction on yours.
we all want a lot of people looking at our auctions, more buyers the more
credits, but lets keep the comments section for just that.
