Do you think they'd fit a man well? And what size if it was for a man? My dad dressus up for the kids and these would be more comfortable for him. Thank you!

Yes a man could wear them if he wears somewhere from a 7 to 8 or 8 1/2 at largest I'd think. My husband wears a 10 and they're wide enough for him but the length is too short for him.
