.............The phone can't be activated. It has a bad ESN number. Good for parts or just use it to download games on the android market by connecting it to wifi.. The phone itself works perfect it just can't be activated due to bad ESN number.... Has USB charging cord for it. I have been using it to play music and to tune my car so I know ever feature works on it like wifi and Bluetooth. I can't say it enough it has a bad ESN number so it can't be activated on Verizon... Will answer all questions about the phone...

Will ship 1 to 3 business days after auction ends.. Will only ship to listia verified addresses... If verified address is not sent within 7 days I will relist item and keep credits....

No it does not take a SIM card . SIM cards are only for AT&T and t mobile

A bad ESN isn't a problem with a cell phone, it's a problem with the cellular carrier. ESN is short for Electronic Serial Number, the individual identification number that identifies CDMA phones to the cellular network. If a phone is lost or stolen or the owner is terminated for non-payment and has a remaining balance, the original carrier marks the ESN as bad. The phone cannot be activated on the carrier's network until the problem is resolved.

The bad ESN is due to my friend not paying on his bill. So Verizon where I am will not active it but apparently in some states they can active it with a bad ESN

It's a Verizon phone and as far as I know it can't be moved to another company

This type of phone is a GREAT phone! My daughter has this phone and she preffers it over the iphone or any other phone. I don't know about where you live, but here wher I live in Michigan, and in Ohio there are people who are able to activate phones with bad esn numbers. You might want to check that out and maybe you could get more credits...just a suggestion. Check craigslist in your area :)

Yea I'm in oregon and no wear in oregon that I know of can active a phone with a bad ESN .
