What I meant was can it run on it's own. Some of the adobe products start with a pkg lets say Adobe Premiere and then you can add upgrades to those. Is this an upgrade or can it run on it's own w/o any additional or previous software?

This is the full version of photoshop 10. within the application and even the box there are opportunities to add on software such as Adobe premiere elements and light room etc. But you do not need to install anything else in order for it to work. tho it may require you to make some systems updates to your computer.

Thanks for responding. You are the best. I am a photo shop fanatic but the only one I have ever used....don't laugh.....Adobe Photo Deluxe It came with my computer in mid 1990s. Right around the time the internet brcame available. This would be nice to have.
