FREE: Blue & White Rocking Chair

This cobalt blue & white wing back rocking chair measures 3-1/2" high x 2" deep x 1-1/2" wide. The back of the chair has a hanger embedded with a blue ribbon attached. There is a pillow leaning against the back of the chair with a painted rose on the pillow. There are rose buds painted on the wings & raised arms of the chair. There is a lacey skirt around the seat of the chair. There's no markings on the bottom but I think this rocker is porcelain. I don't see any chips, dings or cracks.
