So therefore I will not give a refund because you don't know how to redeem the Digital code. By placing a bid on this auction you agree to these terms...I just know doing this, there all new and never used, the only problem is if you don't know how to use them, and type them wrong, once is all they can be used, and then there useless..so, no room for mistakes, so, you understand why I have to explain this now, sry, but, I have to do this, it's just getting to be to much trying to explain to ppl all the time, thx, Kat
