when someone has put a high bid in, but then someone else bids it will go say 50 credits or so above your bid if you put as max bid in smaller than their max bid.
you'll have to beat their max bid (which only the bidder know) in order to win. hope this helps

There's not any pockets on it, sorry. As for the measurements of the purse I have no idea how to do that. Do I just take a measuring tape and measure it by Inches?
