These neck coolers are handmade by me and are what you need during this hot weather.
They are approx. 42 inches long and 2 inches wide.
In the very center part are water absorbing crystals and when dipped in cold water they expand and it holds the coolness and moisture so you don't get heatstroke you can also wear them as headbands
Once used they can be washed, preferably by hand and dried. and the crystals will shrink back down to original size and you can use over and over
