The listing, Optical quality eyeglass frames has ended.

These are optical quality eye glass frames they haven't been worn and only contain plastic lenses right now. i won them on Listia but they are far to big for my face. You can put prescription lenses in them though. From a smoke free pet friendly home.

Just like other frames you buy you will have to take them to the optometrist or like America's best or whatever to order the lenses be put in them.
