bottom part looks like suede. what are the measurements? piping is intact? what kind of hardware- nickel, gunmetal. looks like zipper closure. are the straps adjustable? smoking or nonsmoking? does $12.95 come with tracking #? do you take paypal?

Bottom is suede, about 12" wide 7-8" tall 3-4" wide. Piping is intact. Silver hardware. Zipper closure with zipper pocket on outside and one on the inside. Straps adjust a little bit, they are connected the way a belt does. Non smoking home. 12.95 is flat rate box shipping no tracking # and yes I take paypal
