This is an original 1965 Topps #23 BOB TIEFENAUER baseball card.

Bobby Tiefenauer was a knuckleball relief specialist who pitched 10 seasons in MLB. After 4 seperate call ups between 1952 and 1961, Bobby finally found a home in the league with the Astros in 1962, at the age of 32, where he played regularly through the 1960s. Originally signed by the St Louis Cardinals in 1948, Bobby would be traded and reacquired by the Cardinals 3 times in his career. He pitched with the Braves from 1963-1965.
