Ok yes you are but it is a 3 day auction so it won't be over until Wed Auguest 7th. More bids will be placed if you have enough credits to bid higher than any other bid you can win. Once you win you are notified that you won by listia and then I get your address and send it.

That means that listia has verified your address so any auctions that you win you will be able to send your address to the seller who then will send you the item you won.
It really is just a way to protect the seller who is sending you the item you won.
