It's my understanding that these 'Restore the Roar' cards were handed out by local Detroit Police Department, as a Public Relations attempt at familiarizing the local Detroit communities w/the police officers that protected them.

Please check out scans for condition of card & bid w/confidence b/c I have 100% positive seller feedback rating.

Just watched the 'Football Life' on Barry Sanders' life before, during, & after his football career. Seriously, what a professional & great guy he really is. I wish he had played for the Steelers(my team), Detroit was lucky to have him. :-)
