I'm taking a big chance here because of all the missing coupons and stamps people are saying they didn't receive. Check closely and sellers are now asking for partial shipping due to the fact that to put a "real" tracking label on it, it costs about $3 on a plain envelope! These used to be one of my favorite types of auctions to list or buy from since no one really had to pay a lot for shipping.

I personally have had two auctions disappear in a single week to excellent buyers and believe they never got the item, even with the free tracking on one item-the post office is still searching for it a month later!

To offer free shipping, I will now have to take a photo at the post office showing the coupons, addressed envelope and the receipt for postage.
