I honored a return even though the winner (now blocked) read in my ad that the top color was chipped in its upper right hand corner. Even though the package was factory sealed, I was accused of selling a used item. Upon its return, the package had been opened and there was shadow residue all over the palette. I cleaned it, placed bubble wrap inside to secure the colors and then taped the palette's package back together. Other than the well-worn packaging, it did not appear that the former winner used the shadow.

Matte, powder shadow. Hypoallergenic. Intensifies the color of your eyes. All day wear; color that won't crease or fade. Recommended but not demanded for blue eyes.
