Hi! ok these are stamps.com blank net postage templates and have no postage stamp value as i am auctioning them now!! these are for printing your own postage stamp value on!! using stamps.com. you need to have a stamps>com account to be able to print your own postage for a postage value that you choose for each stamp. hope that explains it for you :) thanks for stopping by my auction.
