This is a 1966 Topps #305 CAMILO PASCUAL baseball card.
Pascual was a star pitcher with the Minnesota Twins.

Camilo Pascual was a premier starter with bad teams, kind of a Felix Hernandez of his time. He led the league in complete games twice, and in strikeouts three times en route to winning 174 games in his career, including 100 between 1959-1964. Pascual played with 5 All Star teams. He spent most of his career with the Washington Senators, moving with them to Minnesota when the Senators became the Minnesota Twins in 1961, then being traded to the new Washington Senators after the 1966 season.
