1999 Space Shuttle STS-93 CHANDRA X-Ray Observatory Launch Cover in 4-Page Presentation Folder. The STS-93 mission was launched on 23 July 1999 and landed at Kennedy Space Center on 28 July 1999. During the mission the crew of 5 astronauts launched the CHANDRA X-Ray Observatory. This space cover is cancelled in Houston, TX on 26 July to commemorate the launch of this observatory.
