Wait a second...u said it's a Apple microphone...than said u ordered it accidentally thinking it could be used as a microphone..I'm confused.. is it a microphone or no? Also, iPods have a Mic built in.. So if I used this in my iPod touch what would the difference be?? Thanks a bunch!!

Hi I bought it bc my iphone built in microphone is broken- I can only talk if its with a headset. I bought it because I thought I could use it to talk but it did not work- If you read or google it it works as a microphone when you are trying to record such as songs, people talking, etc or you but not for what i needed and yes it is for apple- it just didnt work for what I needed to. Sorry for the confusion
