"Priority Mail Small Flat-Rate Box" (http://www.usps.com/prices/priority-mail-prices.htm) would cost about $5 and take 2 days.
It might also qualify (loosely) as "Media Mail" (http://www.usps.com/send/waystosendmail/senditwithintheus/mediamail.htm) which would only be about $3, but would take 7 days.
Let me know if you'd like to use a different service.

The installer CD only has drivers and software for Windows, so I'm not sure if it'll work on a Mac. USB recognition on the Mac is pretty good, though, so it might give you a stream that VLC player or similar software could play. I haven't tried that myself, though.
