"Priority Mail Small Flat-Rate Box" (http://www.usps.com/prices/priority-mail-prices.htm) would cost about $5 and take 2 days.

It might also qualify (loosely) as "Media Mail" (http://www.usps.com/send/waystosendmail/senditwithintheus/mediamail.htm) which would only be about $3, but would take 7 days.

Let me know if you'd like to use a different service.

As for model number, the label says: "200 Version Number", then "180-V01032-200".

can use my tv as a monitor with this??

Not unless your computer is already your tv as its monitor.

The setup is: antenna/cable -> ATI -> computer usb -> computer monitor.

Well, I was just trying to be nice, since your question didn't make any sense. If you want to watch tv on your tv, then you don't need this device.

I'm pretty sure it's NTSC since it's relatively old (2001), and I bought it in the U.S., but the device doesn't say so explicitly.

Hey dwtdman2006, you're a fucktard and your question has nothing to do with the product! His clear description tells you exactly what it does.

Cool listing man, totally bidding on this! Could we get a model #? Any idea about Mac compatibility? Thanks!

The installer CD only has drivers and software for Windows, so I'm not sure if it'll work on a Mac. USB recognition on the Mac is pretty good, though, so it might give you a stream that VLC player or similar software could play. I haven't tried that myself, though. As for model number, the label says: "200 Version Number", then "180-V01032-200".
