This recipe is based on one of Gordon Ramsay's recipes for beef wellington (but beef tenderloin is so expensive!)I saw pork tenderloin at my local supermarket, and I thought that it would be a great alternative. Many people got there before me, and so I experimented with tastes that might compliment pork while retaining the decadent essence of the original recipe for beef.
