Lola Basyang is my friend's grandmother in Pampanga, Philippines. She runs a carinderia and serve this delicious and authentic Filipino food. Great with rice or appetizer when drinking beer.

I went in vacation with her last year and can't believe she taught me the recipe. She wanted me to share this recipe to anyone because she wants to spread Filipino cuisine in the US and around the world.
