Handmade, machine sewed, by me in December of 2012. Has been to one outdoor sale, but not sold. (People were looking more for outdoor supplies than new artisan clothes and/or jewelry and accessories)
No tags, new, never been worn.

8" wide.
Features sheer hearts and leaves printed polymix fabric and cotton blend cord and yarn tassles.
