how is this used? can you use it over and over? I have seen the powder incense but did not know how it was used. It sounds like it might be less messy then the sticks. lol

They are little rounds. You use each round once. I think there are 8 in a pack. You light the round and then place the incense on the round. It will burn for about 30 minutes.
